How much do vehicle graphics cost?

File that in the Frequently Asked Questions, bookmark it and favorite it because it keeps coming up. I love this question because in answering it, we can really figure out a client’s budget, expectations and needs.

A wide-angle look at vehicle graphics gives us three levels:

1. Vehicle Lettering

Vehicle Lettering is the simplest and therefore the most inexpensive type of vehicle graphics. Note that ‘most inexpensive’ does not necessarily equal ‘best value’. These are usually one or two color designs that contain simple branding or information. Though it is the simplest option, sometimes it is the best. Vehicle Lettering Example: Black lettering on a silver vehicle

2. Vehicle Decals and Magnets

On the temporary side of this level is static cling decals, magnets and repositionable vinyl. On the permanent side is one-way-vision window graphics, logo decals and other full color designs. This level is where most of our clients fall. By using decals and lettering, we can provide a very cost effective solution for many businesses.
Vehicle Decals Example: Magnetic Door Panel

3. Vehicle Wraps

At the high end of the spectrum is full and partial vehicle wraps. ‘What spectrum?’ you ask. Pick one: the Wow Factor spectrum, the value spectrum, the cost spectrum, the ROI spectrum. Vehicle wraps are simply eye-catching. Vehicle Wrap Example: thesweetestlittlechocolateshop.co.nz

  1. he price up front often looks cheaper with the cheaper companies, look at the long term cost dependent on what kind of material they use, how they apply the vinyl, if it's laminated, and do they have the experience to apply it correctly. If you are aware of the long term cost verses the short term price, you can save yourself a lot of money and hassle of replacing your San Diego vehicle graphics year after year.
